BELL'AJA - Bolgheri Superiore - DOC is produced from the best parcel of the vineyard in Le Sondraie, using mainly Merlot with a pinch of Cabernet Sauvignon.

The result is a wine with a unique terroir that combines immediate pleasure and character, with guaranteed power and longevity.

With an intense ruby red color, on the nose it develops a bouquet rich in hints of ripe red fruit with evident spicy notes such as liquorice and cocoa.

The taste is full, dense and persistent. The tannin is enveloping and caresses the palate in a gallant and non-aggressive way.

Questo vigneto sorge su un anfiteatro naturale affacciato sul mare, accarezzato da una brezza ideale per la viticoltura.

La tenuta Bell’Aja a Bolgheri si estende su 15 ettari. Bolgheri è famosa per il suo pregiatissimo vino e celebrata per il viale mozzafiato lungo cinque chilometri fiancheggiato da ben 2.540 cipressi. Un viale raccontato dal premio Nobel per la letteratura Giosuè Carducci nella sua poesia “Davanti San Guido”, che personifica i cipressi come giovani giganti, che corrono e saltano. Oggi la tenuta di Bell’Aja è rinomata per due vini di grande prestigio, Bolgheri DOC e Bolgheri Superiore. La produzione avviene nella nostra cantina. Organizziamo visite e degustazioni nei vigneti e sulla terrazza panoramica. Il nostro Bell’Aja ha un bouquet che ricorda le confetture di frutti di bosco, accompagnato da note speziate. Al palato è splendidamente equilibrato e delizioso, con tannini morbidi e vellutati.
