L'ARUNDA - Extra Brut Riserva Alto Adige DOC cl.75 is a combination of bright straw yellow and a persistent perlage, with aromatic notes of toasted hazelnuts, honey, beeswax and toasted bread.

The Riserva is characterized by an enveloping fruitiness and a refreshing finish, perfect to accompany special moments.

Nata dall'esperienza di un consulente e rappresentante di una nota ditta di prodotti enotecnologici, la passione ha portato poi Reiterer a fondare le sue radici per la produzione di spumanti metodo classico a Meltina (BZ), ad una altitudine di 1200m s.l.m. ideale per garantire una naturale e tranquilla maturazione del vino.

Tutta la produzione è incentrata sul Metodo Classico, processo che attraverso la rifermentazione in bottiglia garantisce lo sviluppo di profumi unici a tutta la produzione. Ci vogliono almeno 24 mesi per dare agli spumanti Arunda quella ricchezza, quell’eleganza e quella complessità che li ha resi famosi. Alcune Cuvée riposano in cantina anche 60 mesi prima che le bottiglie vengano, come da tradizione, sboccate e avviate alla vendita.
