I prosecchi e spumante Valdobbiadene DOC e DOCG Bacio della Luna nascono in un territorio che nel 2019 è stato ufficialmente iscritto nella lista del Patrimonio Mondiale UNESCO.

Terreni antichissimi, ricchi di sedimenti in parte di origine dolomitica, in parte marini e lacustri. Un clima mite e favorevole, piovoso ma ventilato con esposizioni ideali e una grande ricchezza in termini di biodiversità. Una viticoltura quasi esclusivamente manuale, in cui eroismo e artigianato vanno di pari passo nei gesti degli uomini e delle donne che agiscono da veri custodi del territorio.
