Produced by the Brunori family on their San Nicolò estate, this Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Riserva DOCG comes from southwest-facing vineyards on sandy-clay soils rich in limestone and potassium. Made from 100% Verdicchio grapes, it ferments spontaneously in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with a long sur lie maturation and aging in glass-lined concrete tanks for 6-9 months, followed by at least 2 months in bottle. Dry, structured, and aromatic, it offers a broad and persistent flavor, ideal for those seeking an elegant and characterful wine.
