This BRUNO CECI - "Otello Ceci Color" Spumante Brut sparkling wine is characterised by an elegant pale straw colour and a persistent perlage.

On the nose, delicate notes of white flowers, jasmine, hawthorn and aromatic herbs are perceived, which combine with fruity hints of citrus, pineapple, plums and peaches.

On the palate, the decisive freshness and good flavour combine with pleasant floral and fruity notes, enriched by a light minerality.

Grazie a nonno Otello, oste della bassa parmense, nasce la storia delle cantine Ceci. Il nonno Otello infatti produceva un rinomato Lambrusco che serviva poi nella sua osteria, prodotto con uve di produttori locali. Sono poi i figli Bruno e Giovanni che intuiscono la potenzialità di quel Lambrusco e decidono quindi di trasformare l'osteria in Cantina.

Un calice di Lambrusco Ceci è ben più di un semplice bicchiere. Perché il Lambrusco, più di ogni altro vino, è perfetto per stare in compagnia. Stimola il sorriso, la felicità, l’ottimismo. Fa vedere il mondo in rosso, per prendere le giornate con la leggerezza tipica delle sue bollicine.
