Realizzata con i materiali naturali del luogo quali la lava e il coccio pesto si integra perfettamente con la natura incontaminata del territorio circostante. Fresca d’estate e tiepida d’inverno, termoregolata dalla roccia lavica e al riparo dalla luce garantisce in maniera ottimale tutte le fasi di vinificazione fino all’affinamento finale.
