Straw yellow in color with golden reflections, this white wine born on the slopes of the Etna volcano, transmits mineral and slightly smoky aromas, typical of wines born on volcanic soils.

However, there is no lack of hints of white fruit or spices such as white pepper.

Fresca d’estate e tiepida d’inverno, termoregolata dalla roccia lavica e al riparo dalla luce garantisce in maniera ottimale tutte le fasi di vinificazione fino all’affinamento finale.
