With a bright straw yellow color, enriched by a rich and very fine perlage, this champagne with underwater refinement enriches your organoleptic pleasure with aromas of citrus and grapefruit, Abate pear and a fresh tone typical of mint leaves.
On the palate it is very elegant and persistent, enhanced by a marked sapidity and an effervescence that caresses the palate.
Underwater Cellaring -52 meters in Cala degli Inglesi in the Portofino Marine Protected Area according to Jamin's patented Isobaric Cellaring method.
Produced from pure Pinot Noir from sustainably cultivated clayey limestone soils of Aube in Champagne, a dedicated selection of a unique product in the world passes, after 24 months of refermentation in the bottle with zero dosage and a low use of sulphites (<20 mg/l), to the second extraordinary innovative process of underwater evolution patented by Jamin, the UNDERWATERWINECAVE in Portofino.
