The fine and persistent perlage expresses elegance and refinement, while the broad aromatic profile reveals notes of green apple, citrus, fresh almond, yeast, white bread, medicinal herbs and a delicate minerality.

On the palate it is fresh, vibrant and savoury, with a medium body and a creamy and effervescent consistency.
