From vineyard to bottle, NIEDERMAYR - Piwi Vitigni Resistenti "Bronner" - SE BIO is a natural wine made from macerated grapes, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged in oak barrels and stainless steel. The result is a full-bodied and persistent wine with notes of spice, citrus, banana, and peach. Unfiltered and unclarified, it has an alcohol content of 13.5% vol. Excellent with spicy dishes and long, convivial moments.
