PACHER HOF - Sylvaner Val d'Isarco - DOC

The Sylvaner Val d'Isarco DOC from Pacherhof is a medium-bodied, semi-aromatic white wine, hand-harvested and slowly fermented in stainless steel to create a delicious must. Aged on the lees for six months, it produces a bright yellow color with notes of grass and hay, followed by a fruity and refreshing palate. Ideal for pairing with fish or vegetarian dishes.
