This classic method Riserva sparkling wine is a true excellence of the Marche region, awarded as the Third Best Sparkling Wine in Italy 2013.

Made with only Verdicchio grapes, it has an intense, fresh and penetrating aroma with notes of bread crust and almond blossom.

The dry, full-bodied and highly complex flavour is perfectly balanced with a long olfactory-gustatory persistence.

This wine, which deservedly bears the name of Ubaldo Rosi, one of the pioneers of sparkling wine from the Marche region, is handcrafted and matures on the lees for 60 months, guaranteeing a unique and refined experience.

Per iniziativa dei soci fondatori Colonnara viene fondata a Cupramontana, quella che era definita la capitale del Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi. Il nucleo storico si trova sulla riva destra del fiume Esino, tra Cupramontana, Apiro, Staffolo, San Paolo di Jesi. Questa particolare zona di medio-alta collina conferisce ai vini una caratteristica minerale e acidula, che si è rivelata determinante nello sviluppo dei nostri prodotti d’eccellenza.
